This notice shall NOT be construed as solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA).

Responses to this notice are not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation.

The BIA is seeking responses to the summary of requirements described below for market research purposes, from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE), Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) and other small businesses engaged in inspection, testing, remediation, abatement, and certification relating to paper records stored in an uncontrolled environment and potentially contaminated by dust, mold, insects and/or vermin. NAICS codes: 562910 (Remediation Services) and 541620 (Environmental Consulting Services).

Responses must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, October 18, 2024. Responses shall be emailed to melanie.schiaveto@bia.gov. Response shall contain Capabilities Statements to include Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number, and a list of three projects of similar size and scope (include a brief summary of scope). Facsimile or Telephonic responses will not be accepted.
