Notice of Intent

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Lindamood Bell Learning Process under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

BIE Pueblo Pintado Community School has a requirement for Lindamood Bell Learning Process in need of a phonics program that includes coaching on the materials, lesson planning, one on one guidance on grouping students, modeling and feedback which will enhance the reading program, which is their schoolwide plan for reading.

The anticipated delivery date will be September 5, 2025. Lindamood Bell Learning Process has issued a single source letter indicating that there are no authorized providers of this brand-specific requirement. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 611710.
