Notice of Intent

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with McGraw Hill under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

BIE Pueblo Pintado Community School has a requirement for McGraw Hill to purchase workbooks for daily lessons, and online resources to enhance the curriculum which is embedded into Schoology for students for Reading K-6 that includes professional development training on materials being provided. The anticipated delivery date will be December 31, 2025. McGraw has issued a single source letter indicating that there are no authorized providers of this brand-specific requirement.
