Notice of Intent

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Shiprock Window and Glass, LLC, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. Urgent request to replacement of large cracked exterior window (glass) in the lobby area of the Agency building No. 1381, Shiprock, NM.

The building is open for daily operation of several departments utilized by employees and visitors. Due to safety for visitors and employees, replacement of cracked windows is an urgency request. Vendor is local and specialized in windows and glass replacement. The anticipated delivery is August 30, 2024. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement.
