NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Company under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

BIE Baca Dlo’Ay Azhi Community School has a requirement for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Company for teacher/student Reading K-6 consumable reading materials with on line access reading program with professional services based upon its Houghton Mifflin Harcourts Publishing Company’s copyrighted educational material.

The anticipated delivery date will be April 30, 2025. Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Company has issued a single source letter indicating that there are no authorized providers of this brand-specific requirement.
