Notice of Intend to Sole Source for Refuse Removal

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Oglala Sioux Tribe of Pine Ridge Indian Reservation under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). This requirement is a follow on for an ongoing and recurring refuse removal service at Pine Ridge School, located in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. The circumstances of this contact action deem only one source is reasonably available.
