NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Oglala Sioux Tribe of Pine Ridge Indian Reservation under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). This requirement is a follow on for an ongoing and recurring refuse removal service at Pine Ridge School, located in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. The circumstances of this contact action deem only one source is reasonably available.

Select Vendor: Oglala Sioux Tribe of Pine Ridge Indian Reservation 107 W. Main St Pine Ridge, SD 57770-3000 Estimated Value $171,838.20 for base and 4-1 year options. A solicitation will not be made available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 562111 – Solid Waste Collection.
