NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Horizon Enterprise Plumbing & Heating, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. Urgent request to repair a Fujitsu Ductless HVAC head unit that cools the room that house the IT server for the Wingate Elementary School.

The anticipated delivery is March 31, 2024. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238220.
