NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with DH Pace Company under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. Urgent request to repair Sally Port Steel rolling down garage door for the Correction Facility at the Navajo Naton Judicial Branch.
