Intent to Sole Source CAMS Annual Maint. for HINU

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Thesis America, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions for Haskell Indian Nations University has a requirement for CAMS annual maintenance services for the Student Information System (SIS) at Haskell Indian Nations University. Thesis America, Inc. has been providing these services due to their proprietary software, extensive knowledge and experience working with CAMS and HINU.

There are no known ISBEE or IEE providers for this requirement as Thesis America, Inc. is the only known provider capable of required services. The anticipated period of performance will be from date of award through 12/31/2024. The anticipated cost is $45,000.00. No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement.

The NAICS code for this acquisition is 518210. If a firm believes that BIE should not pursue this procurement, it should submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement by 3pm MS on February 23, 2024.
