Intent to Sole Source CAMS Database Hosting Haskel

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with EMOBILECAMPUS, LLC. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions for Haskell Indian Nations University has a requirement for database hosting for CAMS Student Information System (SIS) for HINU.

EMOBILECAMPUS, LLC has been providing these services due to their extensive knowledge and experience working with CAMS and HINU. There are no known ISBEE or IEE providers for this requirement as EMOBILECAMPUS, LLC is the only known provider capable of providing services. The anticipated period of performance will be from date of award through 12/31/2024. The anticipated cost is $29,796.60. No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement.

The NAICS code for this acquisition is 518210. If a firm believes that BIE should not pursue this procurement, it should submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement by 3pm MS on February 2, 2024.
