Quantum Insider Database Services

The Office of the Secretary intends to award a sole source contract for the International Trade Administration (ITA) to Resonance Alliance, Inc 2967 Dundas St W, Toronto, ON M6P 172, for Quantum Insider Intelligence Database Services. The services will provide a resource database and datasets to support the Industry and Analysis business unit for supply chain policy recommendations related to emerging technologies such as quantum computing and artificial intelligence.

The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541910- Marketing Analysis Services. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The period of performance is one year from date of award with four 12-month option years. This is not a solicitation, nor is a solicitation available.

However, all interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications, which The Office of the Secretary, ITA, will consider. Responses must be in writing and submitted electronically to sridley1@doc.gov by 8:00 am EST on September 20, 2024. No late responses will be accepted.
