This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through (FAC) 2025-04. The solicitation number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation is # Request for Quote DJA-25-AFIA-PR-0282.

All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing and sent via email to Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov and shall reference the RFQ # DJA-25-AFIA-PR-282. All questions shall be received by 12:00PM EST on September 10, 2025. Questions received after the stated time and date will not be addressed. Telephonic requests or inquiries will not be accepted.

All quotes are due on September 11, 2025, at 5:00PM EST and sent via email to Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov quotes received after the stated date and time will not be accepted or evaluated. The contractor shall complete the following FAR Clauses: 52.204-26, 52.204-24, 52.209-5, 52.209-7, 52.209-11 and 52.222-22 listed below and shall return completed with their quote see Section 5.0 Clauses under the attached Request for Quote DJA-25-AFIA-PR-0282. The contractor/awardee must comply with provisions and clauses/terms & conditions (T&Cs) incorporated herein via full text and by reference.
