2025 NSSF Las Vegas SHOT SHOW - Intent to Sole Source

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for registration and attendance of the National Shooting Sports Foundation's (NSSF) 2025 SHOT SHOW from January 21 - January 24 in Las Vegas, NV.

This acquisition is for a commercial item or service and is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13—Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12—Acquisition of Commercial Items. It is NOT expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The notice of award and written sole source justification will be posted after award.
