Deployment Tracking System

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a Sole Source, firm-fixed-price contract with Global Emergency Response, Inc. for ESF #13’s Deployment Tracking System see attached JOFOC: The ATF intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i) Soliciting from a single source.

Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Brian Wilkins, email address Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov by Monday August 19, 2024 (2:00pm EST). Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
