Sole Source Oral RFP Notice - Deliver & Install Chairs, Tables, Etc. at the IACP 2024 Conference

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order to deliver and install electricity, carpet, tables, chairs, etc. for one (1) booth at the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) 2024 Conference.

The intended period of performance is date of award through 10/23/2024. This announcement constitutes the only notification of the ATF’s intent to solicit on a sole source basis. A formal combined synopsis/solicitation will not occur. All solicitation communication will occur directly with the proposed contractor.

This acquisition is for a commercial item or service and is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13—Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12—Acquisition of Commercial Items. Total estimated value is $18,000.00. The notice of award and the written sole source justification will be posted after award.
