Sole Source Oral Solicitation Notice - IACP 2024 Conference

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order to reserve a booth and attend the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) 2024 Conference.

Proposed Contractor: International Associations Chiefs of Police 44 Canal Center Plaza, Suite 200, Alexandra, VA 22314 UEID: MUFDFLWLFDT5 The authority used for the sole source is FAR 13.106-1(b)(i). The intended period of performance is date of award through 10/23/2024. This announcement constitutes the only notification of the ATF’s intent to solicit on a sole source basis. A formal combined synopsis/solicitation will not occur. All solicitation communication will occur directly with the proposed contractor.

This acquisition is for a commercial item or service and is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13—Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12—Acquisition of Commercial Items. It is not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The notice of award and the written sole source justification will be posted after award.
