This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). This RFI is issued solely for informational and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, DCSA is not at this time seeking quotes and will not accept unsolicited quotes.

Vendors are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the Vendor’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in a future solicitation, if any are issued. The information and insights obtained because of this RFI may be used in developing or refining procurement package documentation and any eventual solicitation action(s).
