Jump Operations Training

Notice of Intent JUMP OPERATIONS TRAINING. The NAICS Code is 611519. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(1)(2) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii).

The proposed sole source is Airborne Jump Services, LLC. The purchase is to provide has a requirement to accomplish multiple Double Bag Static line (DBSL) RA-1, MFF RA-1, Static Line Round (MC-6), Non Stand Parachute System (NSP), SOV III, tandem MFF, Container Delivery System, and camera jump operations for day test and evaluation.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within two (2) calendar days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

Any quotations should be e-mailed to julia.pettit@us.af.mil no later than 06 Mar 2024, 14:00 Pacific Time. Only proposals received by this date will be considered. Any questions should be directed to Ms. Annie Pettit at julia.pettit@us.af.mil. Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads “Jump Operations Training”.
