Proposers Day Announcement: Heterogenous Adaptively Produced Photonic Interfaces (HAPPI)

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) will host an in-person Proposers Day in support of the Heterogenous Adaptively Produced Photonic Interfaces (HAPPI) program on September 16, 2024, at the Executive Conference Center (ECC), 4075 Wilson Blvd, Suite 300, Arlington, VA from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide information on the HAPPI program, promote additional discussion on this topic, address questions from potential proposers, and provide an opportunity for potential proposers to share their capabilities and ideas for teaming arrangements. DARPA anticipates releasing the HAPPI BAA prior to Proposers Day. If released, the HAPPI Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) will be made available at https://sam.gov/.
