Unified Capabilities - Enterprise Voice (Virtual) INDUSTRY DAY

Also attached is the complete list of Q&A received during the Government’s last Request for Information (RFI), inclusive of questions received that were previously unanswered. A virtual Industry Day for the Unified Capabilities (UC) – Enterprise Voice requirement will take place on Wednesday, 6 Mar 24, from 0930 to 1200 Eastern Time (ET) via the Microsoft Teams platform.

The purpose of this Industry Day is to continue market research efforts following the latest Request for Information (RFI) for this requirement, posted here: https://sam.gov/opp/8a378049b2cd472c8fee778611bdcd17/view The tentative list of topics to be discussed during the Industry Day includes the following:

Respondents are advised the U.S. Government shall not pay for any information provided during the Industry Day nor the preparation of such information, or any administrative costs incurred to participate in this Industry Day. Any costs associated with attending this virtual Industry Day will be solely at the interested parties’ expense.

Please be advised the Government team in attendance will consist of Government civilians, military personnel, and Government support contractors, such as as Deloitte Consulting LLP, Isobar Public Sector, Oasis Systems, Applied Research Solutions (ARS), Aegis, Abacus Technology Corporation, Insight Public Sector, and QuanTech Services.

All support contractor personnel have signed non-disclosure agreements and understand their responsibility for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information.
