Lease for office space - 967sq ft required

The US Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Waterloo, Iowa that has expired. The government is searching for alternate space in Cedar Falls, Iowa. In making this determination, the government will consider, among other things, the availabilty of alternate space that potentially can staisfy the government requirements, janitorial servies proved in the lease, as well as costs likely to be incurred throught relocation, such as physical move cost, replication of tenant improvement and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
