U.S. Army is Seeking Furnished, Full-Service Apartment Lease to House 4 Persons in Atlanta, GA

If you do not own potential locations, or have an Operating Agreement with said owners dated prior to this initial Publish Date of this advertisement, please do not respond to this solicitation.** The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a five-year full-service lease with Government termination rights, in whole or in part, effective at any time by providing not less than 60 days' prior written notice for approximately 1,100 -1,600 usable square feet of furnished apartment space located within Atlanta, Georgia.

The space shall house four persons and be move-in ready by November 1, 2024. The property should also have all public utilities and municipal services available, good access and visibility, and be in compliance with all State and local environmental laws and regulations, along with all safety and security standards set forth in the lease.
