Boat Slip Space Required for a 40 Feet Vessel

The U.S. Government currently occupies retail and related space in a building under lease that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous.

In making this determination, the government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The U.S. Government is seeking retail office space for Boat Slip for a 40 feet Vessel/Boat.

The Government requires a full-service lease for: Lease term not to exceed Five (5) years with Government termination rights Located within a defined delineated area in Sacramento, CA. further define delineated area if needed. Designated on-site parking for up to one (1) 40 feet vessel/boat must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.
