The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration, intends to award a sole source purchase order to SUR-TEC for the renewal of Sur Tec Casper Connect Technology. Casper Connect Technology is a proprietary software and Sur-Tec is the only vendor who provides the Casper Connect Technology.

Casper Connect ™ technology is a wireless under-cover surveillance solution which allows a smartphone in the possession of an undercover officer to securely capture and stream hi-definition audio and geo-positioning data to support and monitoring teams. Casper Connect vastly improves officer safety by allowing completely untraceable evidence collection with unprecedented monitoring and support capabilities. Sur-Tec does not authorize third-party providers.
