Notice of Intent D-26-NJ-0034 The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with PCI TEC 1386 Big Oak Road, Luray, VA 22835-5233 for the renewal of one (1) GrayKey Mobile Premier license. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c) (16) (ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order.
A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with the FAR, the Justification for Sole Source will be posted 14 days after the award. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 423430 Hardware Stores. The business size standard is 500 employees.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is August 31, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time. All submissions should be submitted electronically to robert.j.radke@usdoj.gov
