Satellite Communications Package

Provide satellite communication services for aircraft Challenger 650. The DEA intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source purchase order to Satcom Direct Government, 1050 Satcom Lane, Melbourne, FL 32940 for the purpose of acquiring satellite services.

This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis in accordance with 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) - Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 517410. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice is NOT a request for proposal. However, all capability statements received by October 18, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. EST will be considered by the Government.
