Notice of Intent

This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Inspire Event Technologies pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) June 6,2025. The point of contact is Naomi Collier via Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov .

The proposed order is for audio visual services for the DEA IDEC conference to be held at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel from 8/25/2025-8/29/2025 for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Inspire Event Technologies; 611 Commerce Street, Nashville, TN 37203. Inspire Event Technologies is the in-house audio visual services vendor for Renaissance Nashville Hotel. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing.

A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Any source capable of providing the service at a fair and reasonable price, and interested in submitting a capability statement may do so electronically to Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov.
