Notice of Intent

This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source a Call Order to ALLSTEEL LLC pursuant to 8.405-6 Limiting sources, BPA Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) May 04, 2025. Point of contact is Naomi Collier via email at Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov.

The proposed order is for the completion of an Office Renovation Project for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with ALLSTEEL LLC; 2210 SECOND AVENUE MUSCATINE, IA 52761. All work must be completed by June 30, 2025. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337214. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

The limited source justification will be posted within 14 days of placing the order. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Any source capable of providing the service and interested in submitting a capability statement may do so electronically to Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov.
