This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Comcast pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) May 20, 2024. Point of contact is Naomi Collier Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov.

The proposed order is for Monthly Cable Service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Comcast, 1215 East Fort Ave, Suite 103, Baltimore, MD 21230 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 517111. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation.

A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Any source capable of providing the service and interested in submitting a capability statement may do so electronically to Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov
