Notice of Intent

This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to O2X pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. The proposed order is for DEA Human Performance Coordinator for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with O2X, 28 New Driftway STE 5, Scituate, MA 02066. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611699. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation.
