TT/TGS Maintenance and Support

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Forcepoint 1099-A Stonelake Blvd. Quarry Oaks 1, Suite 350 Austin, TX 78759 for the acquisition of TT/TGS Maintenance. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price Contract.

A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with the FAR, the Justification for Sole Source will be posted 14 days after the award. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 15 "Contracting By Negotiations." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 518210. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation.

A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is 06/24/2024 at 10:00 AM EST. All submissions should be submitted electronically to ameka.ali@dea.gov.
