Sr. Imaging Engineer - Tungsten Standard Support

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Infocap 555 N. El Camino Real #A406 San Clemente, CA 92672 for the acquisition of Tungsten Part # MC-KCA-0001 Tungsten Standard Support. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price task order against a GSA Contract.

A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with the FAR, the Justification for Sole Source will be posted 14 days after the award. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 8 "Federal Supply Schedules." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541519. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation.
