This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Thomson Reuters pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) March 11, 2024. Point of contact is Jay Adams at Jay.B.Adams@dea.gov.

The proposed order is for Printing Publication for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Thomson Reuters 610 Opperman Drive, Eagan, MN 55123. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 513130. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation.

A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Any source capable of providing the service and interested in submitting a capability statement may do so electronically to Jay.B.Adams@dea.gov.
