Notice of Intent

This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to National Family Partnership pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. The proposed order is for National Family Partnership to cosponsor the Annual National Red Ribbon Photo Contest for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with National Family Partnership; 2940 Coral Way Gables, FL 33145. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
