T-Shirt/Trunk Fabric

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System code is 313240, Knit Fabric Mills. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter a five (5) year, fixed-price, requirements contract with one (1) base year and four (4) option years, if exercised.

This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business; small business size standard for this solicitation is 500 employees. This contract will have an Economic Price Adjustment for the following commercial item(s): Berry Amendment Cloth for use in the manufacturing of various T-Shirts and Trunks. The finished products are for sale to the DLA Troop Support (Defense Logistics Agency) THESE ITEMS MUST BE BERRY AMENDMENT COMPLIANT, 100% USA DOMESTIC ONLY, MANUFACTURED ENTIRELY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. THIS IS TO INCLUDE THE RAW MATERIALS.
