Sole Source to AXON Enterprise, Inc

The Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division (CRT), intends to award a sole source purchase order based on FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) "Soliciting from a single source". The Criminal Section (CRM) of the Civil Rights Division intends to purchase multiple licenses for Evidence.com, a cloud-based digital evidence management platform developed by Axon Enterprise, Inc., primarily used by law enforcement agencies and public safety organizations.

It allows for the secure storage, management, sharing, and analysis of digital evidence, including body-worn camera footage, in-car videos, interview recordings, and other types of digital media. Evidence.com is a trademarked product of Axon Enterprises. It is considered a unique product and no other product offers the same or similar information as Evidence.com.
