FDIC_HW/HM - HPE VASQ Servers TECHREF

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) invites you to submit a quote in response to Request for Quote (RFQ) CORHQ-26-Q-0285 for HPE Synergy Hardware and Hardware Maintenance Support. All quotes shall be submitted in strict adherence to the proposal instructions outlined in provision 7.3.2-09 “General Proposal Instructions – December 2023”, included in the referenced solicitation.

The FDIC will respond to questions or requests for clarification submitted in writing by an offeror, regarding this solicitation. Questions or requests for clarification must be submitted by 2:00p.m. (Eastern Standard Time), on July 29, 2026, by email to Harold Groves at hgroves@fdic.gov. Offerors shall put the RFQ number (CORHQ-26-Q-0285) in the subject line of the email on any questions or quotes submitted in response to this solicitation.

AMENDMENT P0003: Issued 8/18/2026. SEE AMENDMENT IN ATTACHMENTS LINK.

1. FDIC has learned that some of the previously distributed products are soon to be "end of life. As a result, the purpose of this modification is to adjust some of the part numbers in the Section B- Pricing Worksheet. The revised Section B - Pricing Worksheet (P0003) is attached to this amendment and will be posted as an excel file for Offerors to use on sam.gov. All updates have been shown in a red font and this version of the Section B Pricing Worksheet fully replaces any other previously distributed version. Offerors are reminded that they are required to use this excel document (i.e., Section B - Pricing Worksheet) to submit pricing.

2. As a result of above, the due dates for quotes are extended to August 26, 2026 2:00PM EST.

AMENDMENT P0002: Issued 8/14/2026. SEE AMENDMENT IN ATTACHMENTS LINK. Purpose of the amendment (P00002) is described as follows:

1. to adjust a few part numbers in the Section B- Pricing Worksheet. The revised Section B - Pricing Worksheet is attached to this amendment and will be posted as an excel file for Offerors to use on sam.gov. All updates have been shown in a red font and this version of the Section B Pricing Worksheet fully replaces any other previously distributed version. Offerors are reminded that they are required to use this excel document (i.e., Section B - Pricing Worksheet) to submit pricing.

2. As a result of above, the due dates for quotes are extended to August 21, 2026 2:00PM EST.

AMENDMENT P0001: Issued 8/6/2026. SEE AMENDMENT IN ATTACHMENTS LINK. Requirement remains uchanged except the due date of quotes which is extended till August 17, 2026 2PM EST.
