(1) Submit manufacturer's software license agreement for item(s) classified as SOFTWARE/GOODS and SUBCRIPTION/GOODS.

(2) Submit manufacturer's maintenance agreement for item(s) classified as HARDWARE/MAINTENANCE or SOFTWARE/MAINTENANCE.

(3) Submit manufacturer's support agreement for item(s) classified as SERVICES/SUPPORT. All requested information shall be submitted to Christina V. Brooks via email at chrbrooks@fdic.gov, referencing the solicitation number and including the name of your company and address. The proposal due date under this RFQ is August 14, 2026 by 6:00 p.m., local time of the FDIC office issuing this solicitation.
