Cellebrite Subscription Maintenance w/Support Services (4 year)

EFFECTIVE 2/20/2025: Waiver of APGM Provisions and Clauses Pertaining to Executive Order 14151 on DEIA On January 20, 2025, President Trump issued Executive Order 14151, Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs and Preferencing. The purpose of this amendment is to remove the following provisions and clauses which are waived, until further notice, for inclusion in solicitations and awards issued as of February 19, 2025:

This requirement is to procure maintenance for the Cellebrite Digital Collector and Inspector Subscription with support services for a one year base plus three, one-year option periods. Please complete and submit the following information: Pricing Schedule, Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs of the solicitation, including a time of delivery or delivery schedule as well as a technical point of contact.

(1) Submit manufacturer's software license agreement for item(s) classified as SOFTWARE/GOODS and SUBCRIPTION/GOODS.

(2) Submit manufacturer's maintenance agreement for item(s) classified as HARDWARE/MAINTENANCE or SOFTWARE/MAINTENANCE.

(3) Submit manufacturer's support agreement for item(s) classified as SERVICES/SUPPORT. The proposal due date under this RFQ is MARCH 24, 2025, by 6:00 p.m., local time of the FDIC office issuing this solicitation.
