EFFECTIVE 2/20/2025: Waiver of APGM Provisions and Clauses Pertaining to Executive Order 14151 on DEIA On January 20, 2025, President Trump issued Executive Order 14151, Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs and Preferencing. The purpose of this amendment is to remove the following provisions and clauses which are waived, until further notice, for inclusion in solicitations and awards issued as of February 19, 2025:

Please complete and submit the following information: Pricing Schedule, Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs of the solicitation, including a time of delivery or delivery schedule as well as a technical point of contact. (1) Submit manufacturer's software license agreement for item(s) classified as SOFTWARE/GOODS and SUBCRIPTION/GOODS.

(2) Submit manufacturer's maintenance agreement for item(s) classified as HARDWARE/MAINTENANCE or SOFTWARE/MAINTENANCE.

(3) Submit manufacturer's support agreement for item(s) classified as SERVICES/SUPPORT. All requested information shall be submitted to Christina V. Brooks via email at chrbrooks@fdic.gov, referencing the solicitation number and including the name of your company and address. The proposal due date under this RFQ is MARCH 25, 2025, by 5:00 p.m., local time of the FDIC office issuing this solicitation.
