The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation is seeking proposals from Offerors to provide the following:

SM-Microfocus per the attached Request for Proposal # CORHQ-24-Q-0418. Please provide your most favorable discount to the Government. Any Terms and Conditions, EULA, or MSAs must be sent with your quote to be incorporated in the subsequent contract award, the FDIC prefers Government approved terms. See section M of the RFQ for Evaluation Criteria. Your firm has been selected to submit a proposal. Please note the following:
