Science Fair Award Packages

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued by the Air Force ResearchLaboratory/PZLEQ, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. This announcement constitutes the only solicitationbeing issued for the requirement described herein. Request for Quotation (RFQ), number COMBO-AFRL-PZLEQ-2025-0028.

SOLICITATION CLOSING INFORMATION: Quote packages are due no later than 26 September 2025, @ 1:00 PM Eastern Time Quotes must be received by the closing date stated above. Late or incomplete packages will not beconsidered. Submit quotes via email to both email addresses listed below:

UPDATED WITH QUESTIONS SUBMITTED:

1. Regarding the instructions below, will the plastic bags require customization of the award info? Or do the bags need to be labeled with the award info? No customization or labeling is needed.

2. Since these are COTS items, does the "Buy American Act" apply? No.

3. Will pre-production samples be required or will an electronic proof suffice? Electronic proof will suffice.
