Award will be based on Firm Fixed Price, best value/technically acceptable to the government. Details are as follows:

Remove and replace door and door frame located west of the Main Gate House at Vance AFB, Facility 70. Dimensions and general location of work are provided for reference only. Contractor to field verify all dimensions and location of work. Additional details are described below:

1. Remove existing door and door frame.

2. Replacement: a. Install new steel reinforced security door and frame, level 5, match existing color. 1. Existing door dimensions: 3 feet x 7 feet 2. Hardware to match existing:

a. Mortised lockset, keyed with lever handles, match existing. 1. Install on left side from exterior door.

b. Continuous hinge, automatic door closer.

3. Stainless Steel Kick Plate: 8-inches wide x 24-inches long; or match existing. 4. Aluminum threshold: 4-inches wide x 36-inches long; or match existing. 5. Drip cap to be installed, exterior side. 6. Door to include ballistic glass window, level 5. a. Existing window dimensions: 2 ft x 3 ft Invoice will be submitted for payment once items are recieved and inspected at Net 30 terms for small businesses and Net 45 for Large busunesses.
