DLA Weapons Support is preparing to solicit a long-term contract for NSN:

1005-000179551, Item Description: HAMMER, FIRING, SMALL. The purpose of this notice is to locate business concerns interested in manufacturing this item. The solicitation will be synopsized separately later.

RQ001: TAILORED HIGHER LEVEL CONTRACT QUALITY REQUIREMENTS (MANUFACTURERS AND NON-MANUFACTURERS)

RQ016: COMPONENT QUALIFIED PRODUCTS LISTS (QPL)/QUALIFIED MANUFACTURERS LISTS (QML). THIS ITEM CONTAINS ONE OR MORE COMPONENTS DEFINED BY A SPECIFICATION(S) WITH AN ASSOCIATED QUALIFIED PRODUCTS LIST (QPL) OR QUALIFIED MANUFACTURERS LIST (QML). QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS IN PROCUREMENT NOTE H02 "COMPONENT QUALIFIED PRODUCTS LIST (QPL)/QUALIFIED MANUFACTURERS LIST (QML)" APPLY.

RT001: MEASURING AND TEST EQUIPMENT REFERENCE NUMBER ES371 The Government Procuring Activity has determined that Surplus is not Acceptable for this NSN.

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) limits distribution of export-control technical data to DLA contractors that have an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification, have completed the Introduction to Proper Handling of DOD Export-Controlled Technical Data Training and the DLA Export-Controlled Technical Data Questionnaire (both are available at the web address given below), and have been approved by the DLA controlling authority to access the export-controlled data.

Instructions for obtaining access to the export-controlled data can be found at: https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Enhanced-Validation/ Drawings can be downloaded by authorized users from the c-Folders website https://pcf1x.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders. Offerors are asked to reference Solicitation# SPE7LX26R0044. The NSNs are to be procured in accordance with drawings.
