Replacement of existing roof system at the MCAS Miramar

Miramar Commissary Roof Replacement: This acquisition provides for the replacement of the existing roof system which has reached the end of its useful life at Miramar MCAS, CA. The project will be executed in an occupied building that must maintain full service to store customers. The Miramar Commissary re-roof project will replace existing 105,300 square feet of built up roofing with new two-ply bitumen as well as flashing replacement and re-caulking all existing joints.
