This maintenance and repair project will replace commissary building’s roof system. The project removes the existing Built-up Roof system which has internal roof drains which will remain. The roof is approximately 130,000 square feet. The existing roof will be removed to the metal deck and a new two-ply Modified-Bitumen system will be installed as specified in construction documents.
