Added Language: Asbestos and Lead Paint It is not expected that hazardous materials will be encountered in the performance of the contract. If suspected hazardous materials are encountered on NPS property, do not disturb, immediately notify the Park. Hazardous materials, including asbestos and lead paint, discovered on NPS property will be addressed by the NPS in accordance with federal law.
