Amendment 1 The NPS amends this solicitation to do the following:

In the Business Opportunity remove erroneous language from the Investment Analysis section; and In the Proposal Instructions add language regarding submittal procedures; and In the Proposal Package remove in erroneous language from the “Offeror’s Transmittal Letter;” and In the Draft Contract replace Section 9(c)(3) with updated language; and In Exhibit D Assigned Land and Real Property Improvements add additional language below the “Real Property Improvements Assigned” table; and Add Exhibit F2 Component Renewal Reserve Project Procedures to the prospectus.

The National Park Service (NPS) will issue a prospectus for the solicitation of offers for a 10-year concession contracts to provide for Food & Beverage and Retail Services at Mabry Mill within Blue Ridge Parkway. All offers must be received by the NPS by the date listed on the inside front cover of the prospectus which is August 23, 2024, no later than 2:00 p.m. in order to be evaluated and considered for an award of a concession contract.

The prospectus describes the business opportunity and includes the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the concession contract.

The site visit is scheduled for June 27, 20024. Those interested in attending must email William Gordon, Jr., Commercial Services Specialist, at william_gordon@nps.gov Questions are due July 5, 2024, and Notification of Intent to Propose must be received by August 5, 2024, via email by the National Park Service no later than 2:00 P.M.
