It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract, place an order, or pay for any quote preparation costs. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing.
The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for Market Research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses capable of providing the items described below. US Customs and Border Protection, US Border Patrol, Program Management Office Directorate (PMOD), Integrated Surveillance Tower (IST) Program, has a requirement for the following items: Infrared Camera – PVP Advanced EO Systems, Inc. part number PVP P/N 106255 IR Camera.
Additional descriptive information: The Wide Area Long Range Surveillance Sensor (WALRSS) is designed and fabricated by Cincinnati Electronics with a High Definition, 1200 mm, (WALRSS-HD-1200), a mid-wave, Indium antimonide (InSb) IR thermal detector with a 15-micron pitch 1280 x 1024-pixel array and a 200-1200 mm F5 lens. Also available through the OEM L3 Harris under part numbers 937570 or 957599. Elta Groundmaster Radar Panels:

PN 1022H670-004 SUBMISSION DETAILS: All interested parties are encouraged to submit a response to this Sources Sought. Responses will be accepted until February 22, 2024 at 4:00 PM EST and should address the following:
1. Company name, cage code, address, point of contact, phone number, and email address 2. Identification of whether the company is currently designated as a Small Business as defined in FAR Part 19.1 and the appropriate category (e.g., 8(a), HubZone). 3. Quantity of the items listed above available and in stock with estimated delivery time to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. If items need to be ordered or manufactured, estimated lead time from placement of order to delivery. Price of each item FOB Oklahoma City, OK, USA.
