AXION BIOSYSTEMS MAESTRO PRO MICROELECTRODE ARRAY (MEA) SYSTEM – BRAND NAME OR EQUAL

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, as implemented through the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) model deviation and applicable Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) class deviations. This announcement constitutes solicitation. Quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation No. CBER-2026-135659 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of an Axion BioSystems Maestro Pro Microelectrode Array (MEA) System, brand name or equal, together with the required software, consumables, installation, training, warranty, and an option for preventive maintenance. This acquisition is not set aside for small business concerns and is being competed on an unrestricted basis.

The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order using simplified procedures for commercial products and commercial services under RFO FAR Part 12.
